With over 15+ years of training and teaching martial arts in the disciplines of Boxing and Muay Thai Kickboxing, Edward Monzon’s deep love and commitment to these arts have made him a valued member for the New Frontier Fitness Team.

His attention to detail and technique, coupled with an easy going personality, makes it easy for students to have a fun learning experience and a great work out.

Very much a team player and of the community, he is always looking to not only hit goals for himself, but for others as well in the process.
