A certified personal trainer and a calisthenics enthusiast, Roger’s technical expertise and scale of knowledge are ideal for anyone looking to refine their boxing or kickboxing skills and build their strength and agility.

A father of two, Roger is also experienced in teaching and personalizing programs for kids.
