During Julie’s childhood days, while growing up with her twin sister, their form of fun would be battling each other in push up competitions!
Since those early days, she has made core strength, mobility, strength training and nutrition her passion, lifestyle and career. Julie honed her training skills working in large chain gyms, CrossFit gyms and Functional Training gyms.
Since 2003, she’s gained invaluable knowledge and experience in the health and fitness industry including management, fitness lecturer, nutritional coach, group class coach, personal trainer, and as a fitness industry business consultant.
“Pipes” (as her friends call her) is a stickler for good posture, a true believer of practicing what she preaches.
