Got Questions? We’ve compiled a list of the questions we get asked the most often including our cancellation policy and booking instructions.

How do I book a personal training session?

Personal training sessions can be purchased and booked directly through our website. You will need to set up an account and pay with a credit card. If you have any specific questions, please call our trainers  Jason 416-565-9300 or Kiian- 647-818-5823.

How do I book a class?

Classes, personal training sessions and gym memberships can all be booked and purchased through our website. When you click on a the corresponding button, you will be directed to our booking tool. Simply create an account and follow the instructions.

What should I wear?

People can wear running shoes and comfortable athletic clothing such as yoga or track pants, shorts, t-shirts and tank tops. If you want to rep New Frontier Fitness, we have some branded gear available for purchase here.

Is there a change room?

Yes, our facility includes two change rooms with lockers and showers for all of our clients to use.

What is your cancellation policy?

In order to allow other clients to book and our personal trainers to better budget their time, our cancellation policy calls for 24-hours notice when cancelling personal training sessions. Class bookings can be cancelled within eight hours of start time without penalty.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are distributed at the discretion of New Frontier Fitness, which holds the rights to refuse any request. Be honest and fair and we will be too!

Are kids welcome?

Children are not allowed in the gym during regular classes, however we do offer some kids’ classes as well as high-level personal training and group sessions for aspiring athletes. 

Where should I park?

Street parking is available on both sides of Gerrard St. East and Jones Ave. There is also plenty of parking on the side streets in the area.
