Open Gym Time allows our members to work out on their own using the diverse and effective equipment at New Frontier Fitness.

Pull, push, bend and lift at your own speed and comfort level. Use some of the techniques from our classes to push your fitness to new levels. Don’t stop.

And if you do need some help or a few quick tips, our staff are always available for a conversation. We succeed when you succeed!
