What is Fight Fit Conditioning?

Our Fight Fit Conditioning class or “Fighter Training”, is a full-body metabolic workout designed around the seven key components of fitness: Speed, Strength, Agility, Coordination, Balance, Flexibility, and Endurance.

What to expect?

Our Fight Fit Conditioning class focuses on high-intensity pushes and short-periods of rest, geared towards results and an incineration of calories for up to several hours after a workout.

Fighters are some of the best-conditioned athletes on the planet – our team has structured it’s belief system around providing the same results without ever having to fight.
