What is Caveman Circuit Fitness Training?
Caveman Circuit Fitness Training is based on primal movements our bodies were made to perform to survive in the wild – push, pull, jump, run, climb, move and adapt. A calculated mix of traditional and novel strength, along with conditioning exercises, it produces fast, real and measurable results with the purpose of getting you to push through boundaries and keep excelling in everyday life and sport.
What to expect?
Caveman classes at New Frontier Fitness are a combination speed, strength, agility, coordination, balance, endurance, and flexibility.
Run through a series of stations designed to push you to your physical and mental limit as you learn to adapt & conquer anything that stands in your way.
Push, pull, jump, run, climb and move your way into a stronger, faster, and leaner body. It never gets easier – you just get stronger.
