What a difference! After a long winter online, the return of outdoor classes this week has reignited our fighter spirit. We now have classes seven days a week at Matty Eckler Park. Join Jason, Kiian and our amazing fighter community for a kickass FIIT class. You'll be glad you did.

Here is the schedule

Monday: 5:30 p.m. with Kiian
Tuesday: 7 a.m. with Kiian
Wednesday: 5:30 p.m. with Jason
Thursday: 7 a.m. with Kiian
Friday: 7 a.m. with Jason
Saturday: 10 a.m. with Jason
Sunday: 10 a.m. with Kiian

We have change everything from our teaching techniques and class structure to the setup of our gym to accommodate our members. Our new divided personal workout spaces ensure everyone can maintain physical distancing without compromising their training.

What is FIIT?

FIIT — Fight Inspired Interval Training — is our unique training style designed to “optimize the champion within.” Created for all levels of fitness, our program uses the same, highly effective physical and mental training systems that turn ordinary fighters into world-class athletes. FIIT will challenge your physical and mental limits. You’ll achieve results like champion fighters while competing with no one but YOURSELF. With a focus on seven fitness components – Balance, Speed, Strength, Stamina, Agility, Flexibility and Coordination — this full-body training system will push you to adapt, overcome and conquer in every aspect of your life.
